Depositions

Depositions in the Doe 1 Case
To be accountable to victims/survivors, the faithful and our larger community, the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis posted transcripts, and in some cases videos, of depositions given in the Doe 1 case. This case related to clergy sexual abuse by Thomas Adamson in the mid-1970s. In October 2014, the archdiocese and the Diocese of Winona settled the Doe 1 case. As a part of this cooperative settlement, the archdiocese committed to a set of 17 Child Protection Protocols for the prevention of abuse, healing of victims/survivors, and establishment of full transparency and disclosure
